Orders generally take 7-10 working days to receive.  If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry!  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent to update your order status or request for more information.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock or backordered items, a separate email with detailed information will be sent.
